Occupational Therapist
Performs initial client evaluations and makes recommendations for treatment for the purpose of increasing or restoring fine motor skills and the ability of the client to perform functional activities as specified in the client’s plan of care. Reports changes in clients’ physical or mental condition to ensure that the appropriate level of care and services are provided. Documents care provided during each visit.
